■About in-line ultrasonic concentration meter LiquiSonic®
The in-line ultrasonic densitometer LiquiSonic® from SensoTech is manufactured in Germany and the main measurement principle is the measurement of ultrasonic velocity and density in continuous processes. We have perfected this measurement method as a highly precise and easy-to-use sensor technology.
In addition to measuring concentration and density, common applications include detecting phase interfaces and monitoring complex reactions such as polymerization and crystallization. LiquiSonic® measurement and analysis systems can contribute to optimal product quality and maximum plant safety monitoring. By helping to efficiently use resources such as raw materials, it can also contribute to cost reduction. To date, it has been introduced in a wide range of industries including chemicals and pharmaceuticals, steel, food technology, mechanical and plant engineering, and automobile manufacturing.

The speed of sound can be easily calculated by measuring the travel time of sound waves. Calculate the concentration or density of the liquid from its sound speed. Many concentration units can be displayed, such as Brix, solids, dry matter, or suspension density.
The measurement principle is only time measurement, and excellent accuracy and long-term stability can be managed as digital values. The LiquiSonic® measurement element has no moving parts, which reduces mechanical properties that deteriorate over time. This sensor characteristic provides users with advantages compared to other measurement sensors.
