SPECTROLAB® is a high-end solid-state metal emission spectrometer equipped with a CMOS detector that features detection of extremely low concentrations and excellent repeatability. As a leading company in emission spectroscopy, we are further evolving the technology we have cultivated for 40 years.
■Newly designed spectrometer equipped with a high-resolution CMOS detector
・UV optical system covers the wavelength range of 120nm to 240nm, and air optical system covers the wavelength range of 240nm to 766nm.
・Can detect extremely low concentrations compared to PMT detectors
■Multi-matrix type that can handle many types of elements and base metals with one unit, and allows you to easily add measurement elements.

■Extremely low Ar gas consumption – reduced running costs
By updating internal parts, compared to the previous generation equipment, argon gas consumption can be reduced by 50% during standby and 75% when idle, contributing to lower running costs.
■Program that realizes high-speed analysis
An optional program that can measure major elements in iron, aluminum, and copper alloys in less than 12 seconds is available. This enables alloy screening tests.
■Software that streamlines analysis work
The previous model had separate software for analysis and calibration curve editing, but the latest model uses the same software, making it even easier to use. This contributes to streamlining analysis operations.
■Compact means device size
The compact size of the device expands the options for installation locations.
■iCAL2.0 system
This is a calibration system that can significantly reduce device calibration time using one iCAL sample.
