An explosion-proof safety device that protects equipment from abnormal voltages induced in telephone lines and communication/control lines in plants located in explosion-proof areas. Used for general public telephone lines, ADSL lines, telemeter circuits, RS422 circuits/RS485 circuits, carrier circuits/measuring circuits/control circuits, etc. to protect equipment and equipment in plants from lightning damage. Electrical performance and protection level depends on the installed protector.
