The NewView™ 9000 white light interferometer brings powerful versatility to non-contact optical surface profiling. The system can easily and quickly measure different types of surfaces, including mirrored, rough, flat, sloped, and stepped. All measurements are non-destructive, fast and require no sample preparation. At the heart of the system is ZYGO's Coherence Scan Interferometry (CSI) technology.
This allows us to achieve sub-nanometer accuracy at all magnifications and measure larger areas of surfaces faster and more accurately than other technologies.
