About This Product
Watermills unequal-segment carbide end mills are highly versatile end mills that can be used not only for difficult-to-cut materials for the aerospace industry, but also for carbon steel and castings for the automobile manufacturing industry and general machinery.
The unequal lead angle is 35° to 39°, which is between the high helix for difficult-to-cut materials and the low helix for carbon steel.
Furthermore, by tapering the core of the end mill, it has rigidity even with a long blade length, so it can be used for both deep grooves and shallow grooves.
The ultra-fine grained carbide is coated with the latest AlTiN coating for smooth cutting and long life.
