■Thermal and mechanical combined load test
Instron's Thermal Fatigue (TMF) Testing System is a modified 8801 servohydraulic fatigue testing frame that easily analyzes thermal and mechanical load cycles in high-performance materials. Depending on your application, Instron offers hydraulic servo or proprietary electric servo actuators and integrates them with specially designed components and accessories. By expertly combining a wide range of technologies, we are able to obtain highly reliable testing equipment, which enables us to improve data accuracy, improve reproducibility, and advance testing to meet international standards.

- High capacity loading frame maximizes lateral and axial stiffness during reverse stress testing.
・High rigidity testing machine with load capacity ±100kN (±22kip) or ±250kN (±56kip).
・Induction heating type with test piece heating rate up to 50℃/s.
-Actuator and high-precision alignment load string attached to the lower base.
・Standard hydraulic servo actuator has flexible expandability.
- Selection of hydraulic environment settings and dynamic performance according to the application.
- Optional non-backlash, all-electric actuator provides precise low-speed speed control, virtually silent operation and no hydraulic equipment required. (8862-TMF)
- Extensometer for high temperatures with low contact force.

- Choice of built-in or sealed external cooling solutions.
・High-precision work head for adjusting induction coils.
・Collet head grip improves cooling and alignment of tubular specimens.
・Equipped with AlignPro alignment jig and support software as standard to ensure precise load string alignment.
