Instron's high-capacity systems are servohydraulic fatigue testing systems that perform powerful static and dynamic testing on specimens up to 5,000kN. These machines use the same software, electronics, and interfaces as all of our general-purpose hydraulic fatigue test machines, ensuring continuity and a consistent experience across your laboratory's test machines. Instron also provides support from dedicated project engineers to design and manufacture high-capacity testing machines and accessories to meet your needs.
The challenges associated with purchasing and installing a testing machine of this size are significantly different from those of more typical low-load capacity fatigue testing machines. Our expert team of experienced project engineers will support you from the initial configuration process through final installation and acceptance testing.

- T-groove surface plate base for added versatility and component testing, with optional table sizes available to suit your application.
- Adjustable upper crosshead with hydraulic lift and lock as standard equipment for easy adjustment of the test space.
■Controller and software
These testers come with Instron's latest 8800MT digital controller, featuring patented stiffness-based tuning, amplitude control, specimen protection, adaptive control technology, 19-bit resolution across the entire transducer range, and Provides full system control including synchronous data acquisition up to 10kHz across channels.
We also offer WaveMatrix™3 dynamic testing software, Bluehill® Universal Software software for quasi-static testing, and other application-specific software such as Bluehill Fracture for pre-crack and crack growth studies and LCF3 for low-cycle fatigue testing. ).
