These 100kN to 250kN servohydraulic testing systems meet the demanding demands of both static and dynamic testing of advanced materials and components. ■Hydraulic servo fatigue series up to 250kN The 8801 and 8802 servohydraulic test systems meet the most demanding static and dynamic testing requirements. These systems provide a complete testing solution to meet the needs of advanced materials and component testing and are ideal for quasi-static, high/low cycle fatigue, thermomechanical fatigue, and fracture mechanics testing. The 8801's moving column design makes it extremely compact yet versatile, making it an ideal all-round system for a variety of tests. The 8802's high rigidity design, combined with the flexibility of its size, actuator location, and T-slot table, makes it suitable for a variety of tests that require precise alignment, especially for components or composite materials. Both of these are extremely versatile and reliable test systems, suitable for testing a wide range of materials and applications. Its size flexibility makes it ideal for installation within any laboratory environment, and generally requires no floor reinforcement or increased ceiling height. ■Function - Hydraulic configuration and dynamic performance can be selected according to the application. - T-groove surface plate base for added versatility and component testing, with optional table sizes available to suit your application. - Adjustable upper crosshead with hydraulic lift and lock as standard equipment for easy adjustment of the test space. ■Controller and software These testers come with Instron's latest 8800MT digital controller, featuring patented stiffness-based tuning, amplitude control, specimen protection, adaptive control technology, 19-bit resolution across the entire transducer range, and Provides full system control including synchronous data acquisition up to 10kHz across all channels.
