■Universal material testing machine for high capacity tension, compression, and bending tests
The Industrial series is a high capacity hydraulic testing system capable of testing in tension, compression and bending. Standard models with load ranges from 600kN to 2,000kN feature solid columns and sturdy components for excellent frame stiffness and durability. This model incorporates high-quality materials, components, and sophisticated design techniques with operator safety as a top priority. We also accept special orders for higher capacity or unique configurations, such as compression-only frames.

Advanced technology incorporated into a modern design.
1.Front open type hydraulic grip
The front crosshead of the hydraulic grip section is designed to be open for efficient testing. Specimens can be inserted and removed without moving the actuator or adjustable crosshead.
2.Load cell
Critical load data is measured directly from the center of the load axis using a precision strain gauge load cell system. Load data is not affected by actuator friction, allowing hydraulic drive systems to be sealed.
3.Variable pressure hydraulic source
V-Series variable pressure hydraulic sources provide pressure as needed. During the test, the pump output increases as the test load increases. The system remains at low idle pressure during the test. The V-Series also provides operating pressure for hydraulic grips.
4.5900 control platform
The 5900 controller is integrated and provides high-speed closed-loop servo control and data acquisition on force, displacement, and optional three input channels. Standard features include a range-free measurement system, Ethernet communication, automatic transmitter recognition, and automatic calibration.
■Ergonomic design handset
A state-of-the-art ergonomic handset mounted directly on the frame makes system control even more comfortable. Operators can use the handset while attached to the dock or removed from the dock.
