About This Product
The Ishikawa-style stirring and crushing machine (Kakuhan Raikai Machine) is a machine that can simultaneously perform ``stirring,'' ``dispersion,'' ``grinding,'' ``mixing,'' ``kneading,'' ``grinding,'' and ``shredding.'' As a result, processing effects such as those of mechanochemicals and mechanical alloys, which cannot be achieved with special machines such as agitators, dispersers, kneaders, and crushers, can be achieved. The unique structure achieves uniform particle size and uniform mixing.
The large machine Soba No. 2 is suitable for processing up to 20 liters with a variety of bowls made of granite, porcelain, gunmetal, stainless steel, etc., and a variety of pestles including wood, Teflon, and porcelain. We also have machines that can handle stirring and crushing while heating and cooling. The pestle rotates naturally due to friction with the bowl, but by rotating the bowl, it is possible to draw a trajectory at about 1.5 times the speed of a fixed bowl type, making it more efficient. It has been recognized as the best choice for watering soba noodles and raising sideburns, and has been delivered many times as a ``famous soba machine.'' Two pestles spread water evenly over the buckwheat flour and knead it, quickly making buckwheat balls with a distinct buckwheat flavor. You can also knead Sarashina soba (100% buckwheat flour).
■Features
・The roots model of the Ishikawa-style stirring and crushing machine.
・Rather than manually spinning the water, the water spreads evenly throughout the buckwheat flour, allowing you to quickly make buckwheat balls.
- Compatible with soba water turning process (chrysanthemum paste).
- During the process of kneading the buckwheat balls, the tip of the pestle and stone mill gently grind the buckwheat flour, allowing you to enjoy fragrant buckwheat noodles while avoiding heat generation as much as possible. The soba balls are completed without the heat from your palms transferring to the noodles.
- Since it uses a stone mill, it is also ideal for grinding foods, etc.
・It is hygienic because buckwheat flour does not get on your hands while you work.
-Uses a stone mill (granite) and a wooden pestle tip (birch cherry). We use the old traditional manufacturing method.
・Supports small amounts of buckwheat flour from around 0.5kg to around 4kg.
■Example of suitable use
・You can also knead Sarashina soba (100% buckwheat flour) in hot water.
・Can also be used to make different types of soba such as yuzu soba, tea soba, perilla soba, and cherry soba.
・You can display "Hand-made soba". *According to Article 4 of the Fair Competition Code regarding the labeling of raw noodles.
