About This Product
■Characteristics of 2-axis galvano scanner
The 2-axis galvano scanner from Germany's Raylase is an XY deflection unit that deflects and focuses a laser beam in two dimensions. Suitable for various applications that require high-speed processing in small to medium-sized machining areas.
The two-axis deflection unit deflects the laser beam in the X and Y directions to scan the laser to any position in a two-dimensional area. The scan area is called the "marking field" as shown in the figure. Two mirrors deflect the beam, and each mirror is positioned with a galvanometer scanner. The deflection unit has a "beam input" which is the supply port for the laser beam, and a "beam output" which outputs the laser beam from the unit after deflection.
■MINISCAN III
The new Miniscan III has stable digital controls to improve noise and drift, making it more reliable and robust. Both XY2-100 16bit and SL2-100 20bit protocols can be used from the digital interface. Compatible cables are defined by protocol.

This allows us to handle a wide range of fields with the highest quality and optimized processing. We can provide you with a configuration that suits your usage.
■Application example
Surface hatching in additive manufacturing (AM), where particularly high dynamic performance is required. High-speed ablation and surface cleaning, difficult laser marking. Speed and dynamic response are achieved through digital control and powerful PWM control. An option for machine vision controlled process monitoring is also available in combination with MINISCAN III and CAMERA ADAPTER.
