Although it is a high-precision piezo-driven stage, the X-axis linear stage achieves long travel of up to 1,500μm. Closed loop models are also available for both stage types.
■XYZ axis stage TRITOR series
The ultra-compact 3D stage has a maximum travel distance of 400μm on either axis. Highly parallel motion without mechanical play is achieved. Closed loop is also possible. It is easy to integrate into other equipment and can be used for a wide range of applications from research to OEM.
