Omicron's LightHUB Ultra® integrates an LD or DPSS with up to seven wavelengths from 375nm to 1,550nm in a compact, durable housing. The output method can be selected from one or two fibers, and in the case of two fibers, a fiber selection switch is installed or the beam can be split into two at the desired output ratio.
The output fiber can be either single mode fiber (polarization maintaining) or multimode fiber, with a variety of output connectors and collimated beam output available from 0.7mm. Both LD and DPSS can be directly modulated, so there is no need for an external modulator such as an AOM, and each wavelength can be switched in less than 1 µs.
All lasers are modular, allowing end users to easily add additional wavelengths later. A fail-safe shutter can be installed as an option, which helps prevent laser light leakage and laser safety management.
The internal laser body and base plate of the LightHUB Ultra feature high-precision temperature control that provides extremely high output stability and minimizes the effects of laser power changes on experiments and measurements. You can. You can choose between passive or active cooling for the main unit. Select passive cooling when installing it on an optical table or thick breadboard, or select an active cooling unit with an optional temperature-controlled fan when using it on a stand-alone desk.
