About This Product

A dedicated model equipped with a transport stage, coaxial lighting, and fisheye lens. Detects foreign objects in powder and pellet samples (by size and shape analysis). Rapidly evaluate particle size, color, and shape. Various sample transport units (dry type, wet type, stage, etc.). Available both offline and online. CALPAS detects and diagnoses foreign substances that are contaminants or unintentional contaminants. The analysis results can be incorporated into the production quality control system and used for improvement. Substances that differ from the definition are detected as foreign substances in real time from a large amount of materials such as petrochemical products (PVC, PP, PE, etc.), petrochemical products, battery materials, medicines, and foodstuffs. The results are output in a separate report format with various information such as size, color, image, and shape of the material. Determination of foreign substances through continuous analysis is an important factor in determining product quality standards. To maintain stable and consistent quality, the entire process must be monitored and controlled to clearly define a "passing line." CALPAS quickly and in real time understands the condition and quality of products being manufactured and easily transmits or stores the results. It can contribute to improving the level of quality control in the petrochemical, plastic, food, and pharmaceutical industries. CALPAS consists of a high-precision camera, long working distance lens, multidimensional LED lighting system and image analysis software. The hardware is modular and can be customized to suit your application. Options include analysis of transparent/opaque pellets and detection of microscopic particles up to 10 μm. The software allows you to define parameter values for foreign material determination according to market and product quality requirements. Detected foreign objects are analyzed for size and registered in the foreign object gallery in real time. You can check the information in the report after the measurement is completed. These analysis data are designed to be reanalyzed at any time, allowing you to apply various additional conditions and different analysis settings.
