About This Product
TOHIN TX turbo blower is a new generation blower developed by TOHIN. It is mainly used for aeration in wastewater treatment, and compared to conventional blowers, it saves energy, requires less maintenance, and has lower noise and vibration, significantly reducing operating costs and CO2 emissions, and also contributing to improving the working environment. The initial investment cost can be recovered in 2 to 5 years.

Technologies such as impellers, airfoil bearings, and control systems ensure efficient operation. Significantly reduces electricity costs and CO2 emissions compared to traditional Roots blowers.
■Easy maintenance
It is oil-free and requires only daily maintenance to clean and replace the filter.

Airfoil bearing technology with no mechanical contact results in very low noise and vibration, which also improves the working environment.
■Space saving
It is more compact and takes up less installation space than Roots blowers.

■① Turbo blower dedicated factory
We have manufacturing and testing equipment exclusively for turbo blowers in our factory in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture. Tours and on-site inspections are also possible.
■② In-house designed control system
We utilize the technology we have cultivated over many years in the water treatment industry to develop our own control systems. It is possible to design according to the customer's application.
■③Cost performance
The TX turbo blower uses an induction motor as a priority. Therefore, it has high cost performance and is very easy to maintain.
*PM motor can also be installed.
■④ Perfect after-sales care using Japanese-made parts
Most of the main parts, such as the PLC, touch panel, and inverter in the electrical section, are manufactured by highly reliable Japanese manufacturers. This allows us to quickly supply parts and repair in the unlikely event of a breakdown.
