■Double heaterless, energy saving of up to 80%
Eco hot gas + double heaterless control technology. At Apiste, which is particular about humidification technology, we have developed a new technology that stands out from conventional heater heating methods. By using a completely new concept of completing cooling, heating, and humidification in the same refrigeration cycle, we have achieved energy savings of up to 80% and amazing humidity accuracy of ±0.5%.
■New development/ISC
Achieves high stability and reliable controllability. The basic program PID control for general-purpose temperature control has been newly developed as a unique program specialized for precision air conditioning called "ISC" (Intelligent Sensing Control). Control algorithms are developed using the vast amount of data accumulated. Dramatically improves the overshoot pattern of conventional PID control. We have achieved unprecedented stability and controllability.
■Newly developed high-speed auto tuning
Computation processing is more than 10 times faster than conventional methods. A dual processor with a built-in 32-bit DSP and a high-speed CPU can process hundreds of steps in a single operation. We have achieved a dramatic reduction in auto-tuning time. In addition, even when sample data is unstable due to disturbances, the optimal PID value can be quickly determined from the observed waveform.
