We have achieved unprecedented stability and controllability. ■Newly developed high-speed auto tuning Computation processing is more than 10 times faster than conventional methods. A dual processor with a built-in 32-bit DSP and a high-speed CPU can process hundreds of steps in a single operation. We have achieved a dramatic reduction in auto-tuning time.
