■Downflow cooling that efficiently cools large inverters
In some cases, electronic equipment inside the control panel is originally equipped with a self-cooling fan that sucks air from the bottom. In this case, for the most efficient cooling, it is desirable that the cool air supplied from the cooler also be on the bottom side. The downflow type can more efficiently cool down-suction electronic devices such as large inverters.
Large/400V type
■Available in 400V specification, the largest in Japan. A complete lineup.
The large type is a side-type cooler with a cooling capacity of 5,500W (at 60Hz), and a ceiling-type cooler with a cooling capacity of 3,500W (at 60Hz). We also offer coolers with a 400V specification that can be used with large plant equipment and control panels of overseas equipment. You can choose one without the hassle of installing multiple coolers or installing a transformer.
SUS body indoor specification
■Adopts an all-stainless steel outer body. Significantly improved environmental resistance.
An all-stainless steel body has been adopted for the outer panel so that it can be used with confidence even in extremely humid factories, such as food factories where steam is constantly generated. It uses ferritic stainless copper, and has a thin passive film on the surface that regenerates a new oxide film even if the surface is damaged, suppressing the occurrence of rust.
water cooled
■Water-cooled system achieves filterless, fanless, and maintenance-free operation.
Air-cooled control panel coolers require a lot of maintenance work as filters often get clogged in harsh manufacturing environments, but water-cooled coolers do not have filters and are maintenance-free. This reduces maintenance work and eliminates the cost of replacing filters.
Heat resistant type
■Industry's first cooling even in extremely high temperature environments of MAX 70℃.
Equipped with a "temperature-type automatic expansion valve" that automatically adjusts the refrigerant pressure in the refrigerant pipe according to outside air fluctuations. By maintaining an optimal refrigeration cycle even under extremely high temperatures, stable cooling operation is possible without stopping the compressor. It can be used with confidence even in areas where it is difficult to install a normal control panel cooler, such as control panels around furnaces.
