Heat countermeasures for various outdoor utility equipment control panels
■High weather resistance achieved through a structural design that takes rust prevention into account.
The cooler housing is available in heavy salt damage resistant painted models and all stainless steel models. For the internal structure, the condenser fins are painted with epoxy resin. In order to paint every detail, we use a dip coating and baking process that involves immersing the item in a paint bath. Additionally, the refrigerant piping is coated with metal epoxy primer. Achieved ultimate weather resistance.
■Main test items for epoxy anti-rust special paints (based on JIS K 5600 test method)
・Salt water resistance: There should be no abnormality even when immersed in sodium chloride solution (3W/V%) for 120 hours.
・Shock resistance: No cracking or peeling due to the impact of a weight dropped from a height of 500 mm.
・Bending resistance: Can withstand bending with a diameter of 3 mm.
・Salt spray resistance: No rust, blistering, or peeling on the paint film after 96 hours of testing.
・Base grid test: When the cellophane tape is removed in the 1mm square grid test, it must be classified as 1.
・Rust prevention: There should be no rust on the surface after a one-year test, and when the coating is removed, the degree of rust should not be greater than that of standard products.
