About This Product

The internal circulation cooling provided by the control panel cooler allows you to cool the control panel to the set temperature while it is sealed, without worrying about oil mist or dust. Additionally, by dehumidifying, you can prevent problems such as condensation caused by moisture. We maintain the electronic equipment inside the panel at the manufacturing site in the best condition to achieve stable manufacturing.
Problems with conventional heat countermeasures
■Panel fan The effectiveness greatly depends on the surrounding environment.
The effect greatly depends on the surrounding environment, and you cannot expect a great effect when the outside air is high. Additionally, since panel fans draw outside air into the panel, dust and oil mist may enter the panel, causing problems.
■Heat exchanger Has no effect if the outside air temperature is high.
Unlike panel fans, they can dissipate heat while keeping the control panel sealed, but since heat dissipation takes advantage of the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the panel, it cannot be expected to be very effective if the outside air is high. Please be careful as there are cases where the performance decreases in the summer.
■Spot cooler Because it cools down rapidly, there is a possibility of condensation.
Although used as an emergency measure, spot coolers are originally designed for rapid cooling for workers, so there is a possibility of condensation when cooling electronic equipment. Also, since the disc is open, it is not possible to prevent "dust" or "oil mist".
■Air conditioning duct branch There are differences depending on the distance, resulting in temperature unevenness.
It is difficult to control the temperature of each control panel individually due to the distance from the air conditioner and the amount of heat generated inside the panel, resulting in a very uneven cooling method. Additionally, branching work for cooling ducts takes time, making it unsuitable for emergency heat countermeasures in the summer.
