■Finless so no clogging, filterless so less maintenance
Conventional control panel coolers dissipate heat using a fin and tube type condenser, so regular maintenance of the fins and filters is essential. The GR-Pro series newly adopts a finless condenser. Since there are no clogged areas, there is no need for a filter, significantly reducing maintenance costs and man-hours.
■ Cooling capacity does not deteriorate even if it gets dirty
Evaluate the cooling capacity by attaching oil mist and dust to the condenser. In situations where the capacity of filter-type coolers is reduced by as much as 40%, the GR-Pro series maintains 85% cooling capacity.
■Significantly reduces electricity costs with up to 55% energy savings compared to conventional models
In addition to "compressor control" using a proprietary inverter, three types of control are performed: "condensing fan control" using a DC brushless motor and "electronic expansion valve control" using a stepping motor. Since it operates according to the load factor, it achieves energy savings of up to 55% compared to conventional models. High-precision temperature control also reduces stress on electronic equipment.
■Cooling capacity does not decrease even in high-temperature environments
In the GR-Pro series, the pressure reducer has been changed from a capillary tube to an electronic expansion valve. The degree of superheating is controlled using the temperature difference between the evaporation temperature sensor and the refrigerant suction temperature sensor installed in the refrigeration circuit. This allows the evaporator to be used effectively and maintains cooling capacity even in high-temperature environments.
■External communication with read/write support
As the demand for IoT in manufacturing sites increases, we are the first to equip a control panel cooler with read/write external communication Modbus/RTU communication (RS-485) as standard equipment. Up to 32 devices can be connected to one control device, allowing centralized temperature monitoring and setting changes from a touch panel or PLC.
■Available for various applications
Achieved a weight reduction of 10kg compared to our conventional filterless cooler. It is expected to reduce concerns about the strength of the control panel and reduce installation man-hours. The depth has also been slimmed down by 50mm, reducing the protrusion of the cooler from the control panel. In addition, it is now possible to install completely flush-mounted without a special holder.
■200-240V free power supply & CE/ETL/CCC
As global capital investment increases day by day, the GR-Pro series has a free power supply with an input voltage of 200-240V, and has global specifications that are compatible with CE/ETL/CCC.
