SpanSet, a market leader in textile-based products, has developed a series of universal vertical lifting clamps. Exoset lifting clamps are improved in many ways when compared to their predecessors. The main challenge was to improve site safety and clamp ergonomics. As a result, we received DNV certification. Exoset hanging clamps are the only clamps in the world that are DNV certified.
■Exoset cam pin
The Exoset hanging clamp's cam pin has two flat surfaces, and this structure distributes friction and avoids denting the body. This construction distributes forces more evenly, reduces wear and increases service life.
■Overload indicator
In practice, hanging clamps are often overloaded. In case of overload, permanent deformation of the suspension clamp can occur. An overload indicator (arrow) is engraved so that you can measure whether the body is deformed or not.
■Repeated fatigue test completed
Achieved 2,000,000 duty cycles (tested vertically)
■Execution of test load that is twice the working load
