Housing sensors are required in many temperature measurement applications. Yageo offers a variety of optional housing sensors to quickly support your prototype development. For small quantities, you can purchase from our sales partners.
■Sensor element with lead wire length change and extension cable
For mass production, we can handle lead wires (Pt, Pt-coated Ni, Ni) up to 100mm in length.
We also have sensors made of PTFE insulated strands that are laser welded for small quantities.
For mass production, lead wire extensions can also be customized. We propose lead wire connection methods and connection insulated cables depending on the operating temperature range and application.
■Housing sensor
We have a variety of sensors with sensor elements enclosed in housings.
Customization of housing size and material (ceramic, metal, plastic, etc.) is also available for mass production projects. We offer housing designs that suit your application specifications. Encapsulation technology ensures sensing under application-specific environmental and mechanical conditions.
