■Porous pitot tube airflow meter that significantly reduces the length of straight pipe required for the airflow meter
By using a unique rectifier grid and porous pitot tube, we have been able to significantly alleviate the restrictions on installation in ducts, which pose a problem when measuring air volume. Furthermore, by achieving a low price due to the simple structure and suppressing pressure loss, we were able to reduce the load on the blower. The material of the main components can be selected from stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel sheet, PVC, etc., making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Features
■Excellent installation characteristics
By incorporating a rectifier grid, the required straight pipe length for rectification has been shortened. This frees you from restrictions on where to install the airflow meter, allowing you to perform suitable duct work.
■Low pressure loss
The built-in rectifier grid has a grid structure designed with the sole purpose of suppressing swirling flow, which is the most troublesome part of air volume measurement, and reduces pressure loss due to wind resistance, minimizing energy loss.
■Compact design
The sensor part and rectifier part are integrated, allowing installation in narrow installation environments.
