Unique dual optical path design and diffraction grating technology achieve high output and low noise
■Features
- Uniquely developed optical path design improves illuminance by 50% and resolution by 30% when reaching the sensor compared to our company.
・Double optical path design improves repeatability dEab≤0.005.
・With automatic calibration function, repeatability is dEab ≤ 0.01 even after 30 days of use (dEab ≤ 0.1 even with environmental changes of 0 to 40°C).
・Uses a sensor with a 1nm resolution grating, and due to the MEMS manufacturing process, the instrumental error when multiple are introduced is dEab ≤ 0.15 to 0.08.
・Multiple opening diameters are available, making it possible to measure specimens of various shapes.
・The control panel of the main unit can display 11 languages including Japanese, and the control software can save sample data and images at the same time.
