This is a gluten cleaning machine that extracts flour to measure its wet gluten content and quality.
■Features
- Automatic two-chamber system allows two gluten samples to be prepared at the same time.
- To accurately measure the amount of wet gluten in the sample, the device kneading time can be adjusted from 5 seconds to 75 seconds and the cleaning time from 1 to 15 minutes.
・For a 10g sample, the test can be completed in about 10 minutes, allowing for quick analysis.
・This product complies with AACC38-52, ICC155, 158 and 137/1.
-Uses a stainless steel housing with high corrosion resistance.
- Possible to adjust pump rotation speed and stop magnetic sensor.
