This is a gluten cleaning machine that extracts flour to measure its wet gluten content and quality. Processing conditions can be set in detail on the control panel, and the status of cleaning and kneading can also be monitored.
■Features
-Settings can be made using touch buttons.
- Two gluten samples can be prepared at the same time.
・Displays the status of kneading, washing, and whole grain mode washing on the display.
- Powder amount can be adjusted by correcting powder moisture content (%)
- Adjustable device kneading time from 20 seconds to 63 seconds and washing time from 5 to 8.5 minutes to accurately measure the amount of wet gluten in the sample
・Whole grain flour can also be kneaded.
・Print sample details on the spot using the built-in printer
