About This Product
No mixing of different metals occurs. A heater that takes advantage of the characteristics of fluororesin.
■Main features
- This product's heat generating part is made of fluororesin, so there is no chance of mixing of different metals in plating baths, etc.
・A heater that takes advantage of the excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and non-adhesive properties of fluororesin.
・Because the surface temperature of the nichrome wire is lowered, the liquid composition does not change due to sudden changes in the heater surface temperature.
■Main uses
・Heating and keeping warm plating solution that dislikes different metal ions.
・Heating and keeping warm seawater.
・Heating and heat retention of acidic chemicals, alkaline chemicals, and corrosive solutions.
*However, strong acidic and strong alkaline chemicals are excluded.
■How to use
- Submerge the heat generating part in the liquid.
・Bend the lead part slightly and hook it to the edge of the tank to secure it.
- Set the minimum water level at least 5 cm higher than the height of the heater. Also, if the liquid level is undulating due to liquid circulation, etc., please set it about 3 cm higher.
・Install so that the part above the water level line (red) on the lead part is not immersed in the liquid.
*Please submerge the heater completely before turning on the power.
