The α series vacuum solvent regeneration device is a recycling device that distills hydrocarbon-based cleaning fluids under reduced pressure to safely remove dissolved oils, fats, and contaminants, and keeps the cleaning fluids fresh at all times.

・Waste solvent is significantly reduced.
・Reducing pressure using a vacuum pump: Distillation temperature can be lowered. High purity cleaning solution can be recovered.
・Continuous distillation is possible with automatic waste liquid mechanism.
・Indirect heating using heat transfer oil (indirect steam heating is also possible)
