About This Product

■Area used ・Processes that involve cleaning agents, chemicals, wastewater, and culture separation processes that involve organic solvents ・Minimum conductivity: 2 μS/cm or more ・SIP: Compatible Autoclave: Compatible ■Features The measurement targets of Polylite Plus are strong chemical processes such as acids and alkalis. For this reason, H glass, which has excellent chemical resistance, is used, and the liquid junction has two unique single-pore diaphragms to eliminate clogging and directionality. It also supports pH measurement in low conductivity processes. Polysolve Plus, a polymer electrolyte with excellent high temperature and chemical resistance developed by Hamilton, is used as the reference electrode electrolyte. The reference electrode uses an Everref system that prevents leakage to the outside and prevents electrode deterioration. It is a comprehensive product based on Hamilton's unique pH manufacturing technology, and has unparalleled excellent reproducibility and durability, and can perform measurements with almost no acid error down to pH 0. There are also no restrictions on the mounting direction. pH output can be performed using 4-20mA. Sensor length can be selected from 120mm, 225mm, 325mm, and 425mm. Hamilton's unique single-pore diaphragm and polymer electrolyte make it suitable for measuring samples containing organic solvents, such as those used in culture separation processes (HPLC). ■Specifications ・Glass electrode pH measurement ・Sensing section, calculation function, life diagnosis function, error diagnosis function, and interface are all housed in the main body.
