■Hard cable camera system AS7850
This product [AS7850] is a long-distance push-in type hard cable type television camera system for the purpose of investigating the internal condition of electrical wire tubes.
Features
■Camera head
The outer diameter of the camera head is Ø16mm, making it compact and lightweight. In addition, by installing a specially shaped skid, it can be used for inspection of full and empty tubes.
■Camera head connection method designed for ease of maintenance
The camera head is connected to the camera cable with a special connector and can be separated. By carrying a spare head on site, you can quickly replace the camera head in case of trouble.
■Waterproof structure
The camera head and camera cable connector have a submersible waterproof structure (dustproof/waterproof design with IP68 in mind, water pressure resistance of 0.1 MPa only when connecting the camera cable), so they can be used in submerged pipes. It can be used for inspection.
■Equipped with ultra-wide-angle lens
It uses a small ultra-wide-angle lens (air angle of view: approx. 120°), making it easy to see the tube wall. In addition, you can obtain clear images with deep optical depth.
■High brightness white LED lighting
As the camera's light source uses a power-saving, long-life, high-brightness white LED, it can provide sufficient brightness even in a dark tube.
■Camera cable with excellent pushability
By using CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) pipes, we have achieved high rigidity and reduced weight. In addition, a resin with good slip properties is used for the surface insulation material, making the camera cable suitable for long-distance pushing. The camera cable is 250m long, giving you plenty of room for on-site work.
Note) The pushing distance varies depending on the condition inside the pipe.
■Camera cable feed length measurement function
The length of the camera cable can be measured and displayed on the monitor screen.
■Camera controller
Equipped with an image recording device (LCD monitor with recording function), it is possible to take still images while recording. Image files are recorded on SD/SDHC cards, which are convenient for data transfer to a computer, so they can be used for creating reports, etc.
