■Security portable HDD for corporations that supports USB3.0
USB3.0 compatible Trellix (formerly McAfee) version security portable HDD with antivirus function and compatible with administrator software.
*Administrator software "SecurityUSB Manager" is sold separately.
■In addition to the information leak prevention function, it is equipped with Trellix (formerly McAfee) "McAfee Anti-Malware Scan Engine"
A portable HDD for corporations that is equipped with Trellix's (formerly McAfee's) "McAfee Anti-Malware Scan Engine," which prevents viruses from entering the HDD, as well as password locking and automatic encryption to prevent information leaks.
■Anti-virus function blocks virus infection to security portable HDD
Equipped with virus check software that incorporates Trellix's (formerly McAfee) virus scan engine. Automatically checks files stored on the security portable HDD and deletes them if a virus is detected.
■Process scan function
The virus check function is also equipped with a function to check for viruses on processes running on a PC, and can prevent use on a PC that is at risk of being infected with a virus.
*Detected viruses cannot be disinfected or deleted.
■AES256bit hardware encryption function
Equipped with a function that automatically encrypts data when written to the security portable HDD. The data is encrypted and stored in memory, so even if you try to disassemble the device and retrieve the data directly, you will not be able to view the contents unless you decode the code.
■Password lock function
As a measure against information leakage in the event of loss or theft, a password security lock (password lock function) can be applied to prevent use by a third party. You can easily use it without installing any software or changing your PC settings.
*If you forget your password, you will need to initialize this product.
*By using the administrator software "SecurityUSB Manager" (sold separately), you can customize the password lock function and retrieve data in case the password is lost.
