About This Product

■Product overview Ideal for measuring soot and dust concentration in large boilers and large kilns. Adoption of back scattering method enables easy installation and high maintainability. ■Features ・Uses backscattering method to achieve highly convenient one-sided installation. ・Compatible duct diameter 1-15m ・Not easily affected by various conditions, enabling stable measurements ・High resolution of 0.1mg/m3 ・With self-diagnosis function ■Operating principle The change in the intensity of the scattered light generated by irradiating the soot and dust in exhaust gas with a laser beam is read and converted into the change in soot and dust concentration. It detects light scattered backwards, and since the laser and detection part are in the same sensor, there is no need to mount them facing each other, and there is no need to adjust the optical axis.
