About This Product
■Product overview
Highly sensitive powder detection sensor. It can stably detect powders with low specific gravity up to 0.02 (option: 0.008).
■Features
- Low specific gravity powders with an apparent specific gravity of 0.02 (optional: 0.008) can be measured.
- Mounting can be selected from screws, flange, and sanitary.
・No initial settings are required when installing the sensor, and measurements can be started immediately.
- Can be used at high temperatures up to 250℃. (VEGAWAVE 63)
・Housing material can be selected according to measurement conditions.
■Operating principle
The vibrating rod is vibrated by a vibrating element built into the fork, and the vibration is damped when it touches the object to be measured. This is detected electrically and output as a contact.
