About This Product
■Product overview
We have created a new category of level switches based on the experience and technology we have accumulated over many years. Due to the difference in the power part, it is three times more durable than a rotary level switch.
■Features
・Since there are no drive parts such as gears or clutches, running costs such as internal unit replacement are greatly reduced.
- The drive section and power section are completely isolated by a partition wall, which prevents fine powder from entering due to internal pressure.
- Since the blades are swung from the power unit without being connected, there is no damage to the power unit due to overload or impact on the blades.
・Can also be used in pressurized tanks.
・This is a certified product of the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Kansai Monozukuri New Selection."
■Operating principle
When the pendulum-moving blade is restrained by the accumulated measurement object due to the signal from the electronic circuit section, a contact is output.
