■Product overview
A unique mechanism eliminates mechanical consumable parts inside the motor, achieving long life and stability unimaginable with conventional rotary level switches. It is especially effective in processes with intense ON/OFF operations.
■Features
・High-temperature specifications and load-bearing specifications can be manufactured.
-The internal mechanism is unitized and can be replaced while the main body is attached to the tank.
・Equipped with a clutch mechanism as standard to protect the motor from excessive load on the blades.
・A wide range of apparent specific gravity can be accommodated by selecting an appropriate blade shape.
■Operating principle
Our unique switching mechanism achieves highly stable and reliable detection regardless of the direction of blade rotation. When the blades being rotated by the motor are restrained by accumulated objects, a contact is output and the motor is stopped. Once the deposits are gone, the motor will start rotating again.
