About This Product
This heater has a flat cross section and was created using new thermal engineering technology. By increasing the surface area, we succeeded in lowering the power density.

■Improved maintainability
By bending the thin side upright, it is possible to ensure wide spacing between the heat generating parts of the round heaters, making it possible to create a clean fryer that is less likely to accumulate fried crumbs and is easy to clean.
■Super flat heater that prevents oil deterioration
Because it has a special shape (flat shape) and is thin, it can be bent with a smaller radius than conventional round heaters, making it possible to provide a large heat generating area in a small space. This makes it possible to lower the power density than conventional round heaters, suppressing rapid temperature rises on the heater surface, and creating a high-power yet clean fryer.
