About This Product
This heater has a spiral heating element inserted into the center of a metal pipe and is densely filled with an insulator (MgO) with good thermal conductivity.

・Completely electrically insulated, direct heating is possible and safe.
- Strong against vibration and shock, and has a long life as the heating wire does not oxidize.
・If the pipe material has excellent heat transfer and is heat resistant, it can be used in high-temperature locations.
- Easy to bend and can be manufactured into various shapes. *Minimum bending radius R=2.5D
・Excellent mass production and low price.
-The internal thermocouple type uses a TC (thermocouple) as the temperature sensor.
■Application example: thermocouple internal sheathed heater
