1. Highly reliable non-contact polarization reversing method
The polarity reversal method uses a fully automatic non-contact polarity reversal method. The reliability of polarity switching has been increased, and it fully demonstrates its performance as a PR power supply.
2. Smooth output adjustment in both forward and reverse directions
The current can be adjusted freely and smoothly in both forward and reverse directions, and any time can be set for both forward and reverse directions. It can also be used with direct current only, and can be used for plating that does not require PR.
3. Improved environmental resistance and durability
Environmental resistance and durability have been improved by using a high-performance insulating thyristor, a special epoxy-sealed transformer, and sealing the core control circuit.
4. Compact, lightweight, and space-saving
We have thoroughly pursued the cooling structure to achieve a smaller size and lighter weight. In particular, the front width dimension has been kept down to save space by reducing the installation floor area. Of course, cases with the same dimensions can be stacked in two layers. (However, below 2,000A)
5. Equipped with extensive protection functions
- Built-in current limiting function circuit during constant voltage operation and voltage limiting function circuit during constant current operation protects the rectifier.
- Built-in temperature abnormality detection device protects the rectifier from cooling-related abnormalities such as fan stoppage.
- Stops the fan when the rectifier is not running.
