About This Product
The gel base series can be used for transporting small parts such as semiconductor chips and precision devices within factories and processes, as well as for overseas transport. It is also useful as a case for fixing devices when transporting parts such as semiconductors.

■Protect precision parts from vibrations during transportation to prevent damage.
The soft gel material greatly reduces vibration and shock during transportation, supporting safe transportation.
■Easy to pick up even without a vacuum device (*Excluding V type)
The cloudy mesh type has an uneven surface, so it can be picked up without a vacuum device.
■No effect of siloxane as it is a non-silicone product
Silicone is not used in the material or separator, making it useful for transportation in situations where silicone is not allowed. There is no transfer of siloxane to conveyed parts.
■Trays and cases can be stacked
Cases and trays can be held, transported, and stored while stacked together.
■Quick delivery and available for purchase in small lots
Items made overseas may have large lots and take long delivery times, but because they are made domestically, you can purchase them in small lots (10 pieces or more) and with short delivery times.
■Flexible custom-made support
Since we manufacture our products in-house, we can also specify adhesive strength and tray printing to suit your needs.
