REAL3™ is Infineon's 3D image sensor family consisting of highly integrated ToF (Time of Flight) sensors. These single-chip image sensors are solar-resistant, highly scalable, and easy to integrate into a wide range of consumer, automotive, and industrial applications.
Infineon's REAL3™ToF (Time of Flight) image sensor enables electronic devices to capture a realistic 3D map of what's in front of them. The surrounding environment, objects and people are transformed into a digital space in real time. Algorithms use that data to measure distance and size, track motion, and transform the object's shape into a 3D model.
Infineon's products are designed to be integrated into the smallest 3D ToF camera modules and accurately measure depth at short and longer distances with the lowest power consumption.
