■Summary
This is an oxygen concentration meter developed exclusively for the VAC glove box system NEXUSⅡ/NEXGEN. Fully automatic range always measures 0.1ppm to 25% with high precision. The oxygen concentration value, which is a short-term change in the atmosphere inside the glove box, is displayed as a digital value on the color display. In addition, since it is linked to NEXUSⅡ-PLC control, auto purge control corresponding to each set oxygen concentration and optimal efficiency flow rate of the blower are automatically controlled.
Equipped with various functions such as alarm in case of abnormal concentration.
