About This Product
A self-holding proximity switch that is resistant to harsh environments such as high temperature and high humidity.
■Features
This is a separate type proximity switch that uses Bestact for its built-in contacts, making it less susceptible to environmental influences such as dust, gas, high temperature, and high humidity, and providing excellent contact reliability. It has a long track record as a position detection switch for steel equipment, chemical plant equipment, cranes in cement manufacturing equipment, and trolleys, and contributes to improving poor contact.
Since the contact state is self-maintained by the attraction force of the magnet, the sequence can be simplified. Non-contact drive using magnets means no mechanical wear and long life. No power source is required for driving.
*The rated sensitive distance is the detectable distance at an ambient temperature of +20°C with both the switch unit and magnet unit mounted on a non-magnetic material. Use the following formula to find the setting gap when the ambient temperature is T (℃). Setting gap (mm) = Rated sensitive distance x {1−0.0018 (T−20)}
*Vibration-proof malfunction/shock malfunction values are the values when the switch unit is normally mounted on a non-magnetic material. The shock and vibration resistance values will decrease depending on the magnetic material installation and installation direction.
*Only the switch unit comes with a cable.
