About This Product
This machine is an automatic horizontal servo stand exclusively for our handy force gauge HF series. Various settings required for load tests, such as test speed and measurement range, can be configured, allowing a wide variety of tests to be performed.
Features
■Simple automatic measuring device
This test stand is used in combination with the "Handy Force Gauge HF Series" to assist in load measurement. Automatic control is achieved using ball screws and servo motors.
■You can choose the setting method between simple mode and advanced mode.
・Easy mode: Mode where settings can be made quickly on the test screen. Although its functionality is limited, it is useful for temporary testing.
・Detailed mode: A mode in which detailed setting items are prepared and precise test conditions can be set. Full-scale automatic tests such as tolerance judgment and repetition count settings can be performed.
■Overload prevention function
Equipped with overload prevention function. It will automatically stop when it determines overload through communication with HF.
■PC software included as standard
Software that allows you to configure test settings from a PC and view authentic waveforms in real time is included as standard. It has simple yet fulfilling functions, such as the ability to save measurement conditions and view past measurement results. It is also possible to print or output to Microsoft Excel, making data management easier.
■Easy-to-read backlit LCD
Adopts a backlit LCD with excellent visibility. In addition, the key assignment provides excellent operation feel, so there is no need to touch the HF itself. *Settings on the HF unit are required in advance. Also, when using special tolerance judgment, settings on the HF main unit are required.
■Equipped with tolerance judgment function as standard
Tolerancing only works in advanced mode.
■Multi-language/free voltage
Supports four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Power supply voltage can also be used from 100 to 240V.
