About This Product
The "TEX-P" series is a texture tester (texture analyzer) with a built-in Peltier element, which is the popular TEX series with a Peltier table section that can control temperature. Temperature settings can be made over a wide range from -30℃ to +110℃. It contributes to improving the reliability of measurements for foods whose properties change depending on temperature, such as gel foods, chocolate, and fermented foods.
Features
■Temperature control of Peltier table part is possible
The Peltier element enables smooth heating and cooling of the work table (70 x 70). It has a dedicated control panel, so it can be controlled separately from the main unit. The temperature setting range is wide ranging from -30℃ to +110℃.
*Actual temperature reached is not guaranteed. Additionally, the ambient temperature for the sample is highly dependent on the outside temperature. By using the shielding cover shown in the photo, you can bring the ambient temperature closer to the set temperature to some extent.
■Heating and cooling patterns can be set
It has a program function (a function to manipulate temperature patterns over time) such as ``raise the temperature, then cool it, and then keep it at a constant temperature.'' Temperature patterns can be set in up to 10 steps, and up to 8 patterns can be memorized.
■A wealth of functions on the main body
Like the TEX series, the main unit is equipped with many easy-to-use and convenient functions.
- Test conditions for specialized tests can also be set according to the displayed instructions, making it easy to perform.
- Measurement work can be carried out smoothly on the wide stainless steel work table.
- Simple drip-proof structure around the work area. It is safe even if it gets slightly wet. Equipped with a thermal printer as standard. After testing, data and waveforms can be printed immediately.
- PC software is included as standard, enabling more visual and advanced measurement and management.
・Temperature and humidity data can also be recorded using an optional temperature and humidity measuring device.
