About This Product
The "TEX" series is a texture tester (texture analyzer) that can measure the hardness of foods using load values. We support quality control and inspection work in the food production process, from texture related to deliciousness during product development to checking whether food for people with swallowing difficulties meets the approval standards.

■Texture (texture) test
Compress the food twice using a jig (plunger) and measure it. Hardness and adhesion are automatically calculated based on the texture profile analysis method.
