About This Product
This is an automatic urethane foam hardness tester equipped with a wide sample table and highly accurate load detection using a 3-point load cell. The installed software is specially designed to cover the hardness test standards of each automobile manufacturer and the standards for deflection tests under constant load. Existing test methods such as JIS K 6400-2 and JASO B 408 can also be performed more easily.

■Compatible with various test standards
It is possible to perform JIS K 6400-2 "Hardness Test Methods A to D", "Compressive Deflection Test Methods A to B", "Minor Displacement Spring Constant Test", and "Stress Relaxation Test". We also support test methods such as JASO B 408 and equivalent hardness tests, JASO B 407 and equivalent load tests.
■Specimen table resistant to unbalanced loads
For example, a car seat can be placed on the large 1,000 x 700 sample table for measurement. By adopting a method that detects the load at three points and calculates the measured value, it is resistant to uneven loads and achieves highly accurate measurements.
■Complete a series of measurement tasks with just the main unit
A series of measurement tasks, from creating measurement conditions to drawing waveforms to saving and printing measurement data to statistical processing, is possible with this single device. You can connect USB devices such as a keyboard and mouse to the USB port.
■Save data and conditions to USB memory
Using USB memory, data can be backed up and measurement conditions can be shared between multiple test machines. Equipped with multiple USB ports, it is now possible to immediately respond to a variety of test requests.
■Adopts program loading method
The test program of this machine supports updates via USB, so even after the test machine is installed, customization and version upgrades can be performed as necessary.
■Data management is also possible by connecting to a PC
This machine can be controlled from various software such as our PC software "MXR-01". Test data can be managed on a PC.
■4 languages in one package
Four languages are included as standard: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (Simple/Traditional), and you can switch the display at any time. Printing from the built-in printer is also supported. The measurement environment can be unified between different countries, supporting the globalization of manufacturing.
