About This Product
This machine is a torque testing machine that can perform tests related to various torques and angular displacements. By selecting a variety of attachments and software, you can demonstrate your power in quality control, research and development, etc. In addition to the basic torque test, it can flexibly handle angle-current, angle-voltage, angle-resistance tests by connecting to other instruments using a computer.
There are 6 types in total, 3 types by load capacity and 2 types by grade. We also have a top rotating type MAX-TU20NM that can accommodate workpieces of various shapes.
Features
■Equipped with USB memory unit
Measurement conditions and results are saved in the device's built-in storage area, but they can also be transferred to a USB memory*, so you can easily use the measurement data on your PC. *Use the included USB memory.
■Torque cell replacement method
Since torque cells of various capacities* can be connected, torque tests can be performed according to the purpose. *The upper limit is the load capacity of the testing machine itself.
■Turntable inching
Manual table rotation allows smooth positioning with easy-to-operate buttons. Positioning can be done in units of 0.1deg/1.0deg/10.0deg.
■Graphic display
The test status is depicted graphically in real time, making it easy to understand the test status. Additionally, the built-in printer allows you to print graphs and statistical calculations on the spot.
■Data pickup
From waveform data, you can pick up desired data such as maximum value, spring constant, torque at a specified angle, angle at a specified torque, etc.
■ Abundant interfaces
Pass/fail judgments based on tolerance settings can be output to the sequencer using the I/O port. It is also possible to link with a PC via USB or RS232C.
