About This Product
The "JSL" series is a testing machine developed for strength tests that do not require relatively high length accuracy. It is also possible to capture instantaneous breaking loads using a peak hold circuit, making it suitable for testing breaking strength. Furthermore, it has a sliding limit that makes it easy to grasp the limit position, and a simple operation system that makes it easy to use.
*For measurements that require length accuracy, please specify the MAX series or HIT series.
Features
■Ideal for destructive strength testing
It is possible to capture instantaneous breaking loads using a peak hold circuit. Suitable for destructive strength tests that do not require length accuracy. We have a lineup of up to 200kN and can handle large workpieces.
■Overwhelmingly low price
A simple and highly efficient mechanism with limited functionality has resulted in a significant price reduction. In addition, it is equipped with a slide-type upper and lower limit switch that allows for intuitive and quick adjustment and is easy to check, improving workability and safety.
■Load cell can be replaced
Up to 5 load cells can be registered with replaceable load cells. Capable of measuring a wide range of loads. *Click here for details on load cell specifications.
■Measurement condition memory function
Up to 10 measurement conditions can be saved in the built-in memory of the main unit. Furthermore, if you add a USB memory option, more conditions and data can be saved.
■Cooperation with PC software
PC-based measurement using software is possible by connecting the USB-COM port on the back of the main unit to a PC. *PC software is optional.
■Print function
A thermal paper printer with a print width of 58 mm is standard equipment. Waveform curves and test data can be printed on the spot.
■High brightness graphic LCD screen
Equipped with a graphic liquid crystal display with white LED backlight, it displays simple graphs in real time that make it easy to understand changes in the sample.
■Safety design
Equipped with a safety cover as standard (gate type only), destructive tests can be performed safely.
■4 languages in one package
Four languages are included as standard: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (Simple/Traditional), and you can switch between them at any time. The measurement environment can be unified between different countries, supporting the globalization of manufacturing.
