About This Product
The "ACE-F" series is a spring sorting machine that has the same high accuracy as the spring testing machine "PRO" series, and can automatically sort springs based on set standard tolerances. It is effective in the process of manufacturing high-quality springs, which requires 100% inspection. By adopting the air cylinder method, one-stage load sorting is performed at high speed. Ball screw drive can be used to perform sorting under sorting conditions other than single-stage load sorting.
It also offers convenience, such as quick workpiece change setups and an automatic adjustment mechanism that reduces instrument errors. We provide the durability, high precision, and high speed required for sorting machines.
Features
■High-speed 1-stage sorting
It uses a cylinder drive and can sort up to 50 pieces per minute in one-stage testing. It can sort 24,000 items in 8 hours of operation, significantly reducing the sorting time compared to conventional machines. Multi-stage tests are possible up to 3 stages. (motor driven)
■Can be linked with PC software
Statistics can be displayed and printed in conjunction with the PC software "BQC-02".
■Compliant standards
All models comply with JIS B 7738 Coil Spring Compression and Tensile Testing Machine Class 0.5 (Highest Class)
■High precision sorting
High-precision sorting is possible with high resolution of 1/100,000 and high-speed stable A/D conversion. It also uses a load cell method for highly accurate sorting.
■Maintains high accuracy
By using a non-backlash ball screw, accuracy can be maintained for a long period of time. *For 2-stage tests or more, use a ball screw.
■Options
Parts feeder and setting unit can be installed as options.
■Smooth start of measurement
Test conditions, standard tolerances, etc. can be memorized by registering the part number, and testing can be performed immediately by calling up the part number.
■ISO compatible
ISO compatible documents (load inspection, length inspection, traceability related documents) are included as standard. It is also possible to carry out annual calibration inspections in the installed state and reissue ISO-compliant documents.
